Ralph was married to Naomi L. (Grim) Wisser for 55 years until her time of passing. Naomi was born in Grimville, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Charles F. and Addie M. (Snyder) Grim.

Ralph J. Wisser, 88, Allentown, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010, in his home. He was the husband of the late Naomi L. (Grim) Wisser. Born in Seiberling, Lehigh County, he was a son of the late James J. and Bertha T. (Smith) Wisser. He was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kutztown. He was also a member of Lehigh Lodge 326, F&AM, Macungie; Reading Consistory; and the Reading Rajah Shrine. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked at Mack Trucks for 37 years, retiring in 1978. Surviving are daughters, Loretta G., wife of Chet Kline, Allentown, and Ruth A., wife of Donald Potak, Walnutport; brothers, Myron, Allentown, and Bob, Scottsdale, Ariz.; sisters, Evelyn Schlenker, Kempton, and Janet Faix, Andreas, Pa.; four grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and companion, Gloria Bittner, Orefield. He was predeceased by brothers: Norman Hassler, Bruce Hassler and Dale Wisser, and a sister, Kathryn Ruppert. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 1343 Long Lane Road, Kutztown. Call: Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 Highland St., Allentown, and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services in the church.
