Wisser Family Research Sites
The Wisser
Family Tree Allentown Branch - This is a very nice web site that also
began in 2010. It has a lot of good information on the descendants of Peter
Wisser who settled in the United States in 1848. The site is
very visually pleasing and information is presented in a story format
that makes it fun to read. Kudos!
The Wisser Family
is another presentation of some of my research that has been posted on
TribalPages.com. It has a nice graphical presentation of the family tree.
Free Resources
Cyndi's List of Genealogy Sites on the Internet - One of the best genealogy resources I have ever found. If you are doing any king of genealogy research, you simply have to visit this site.
FamilySearch.org - A free service provided by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There are a lot of family trees posted, but some contain errors. This site has provided me with a lot of leads, but make sure you follow up with research to verify the names and relationships.
Ancient Faces
- Share Memories ~ Build Relationships The AncientFaces Community welcomes
you to share your genealogy research and family history for free.
Family Old Photos - So far I haven't found anything on the Wisser's, but I keep checking.
Find A Grave
- Find the graves of ancestors, create virtual memorials, add 'virtual
flowers' and a note to a loved one's grave, etc.
TribalPages.com is a place to
build your Free Family Tree website online. Invite friends and family
to view or update your site. Each private and secure website is loaded
with Photos, Charts, Reports, Maps, Relationships, Events and Stories.
Just add names of your relatives or import a GEDCOM file and instantly
create your website. Your site can create custom newsletters for each
member with birthday and anniversary reminders, recent site activity and
send them out every two weeks.
