By 1914 when this book was published, this information was about 100 years old. I'm discovering that it seems to contain some errors in early US Wisser history (gaw 3/1/2014)
I'm discovering that John Wisser was the father of John,Jonathan, Daniel (born 1803), Elizabeth, married to George Zettelmore (not Reinhard), Rebecca who married Jonathan Reinhard, Jacob, and a daughter named Saloma who married Jacob Altenderfer.

  • Notes
    • Daniel Wisser came (to Lehigh county) with his father from Berks county. He was born Dec 21, 1803, and died at the advanced age of 91 years, 1 month and 22 days. For a number of years he was a stone mason, later he followed an agricultural
pursuit. His farm was located where Highland cemetary of Allentown is now located.
