      Tribute Paid Mrs. Bonner

      Funeral services for Mrs. J. B. Bon­
      ner, 95, wife' of the late Captain
      Bonner, were held Thursday after­
      noon at the Kingston Church of
      Christ, with George Henry in charge.
      Mrs. Bonner died Tuesday night at
      her home three miles south of Kingston.
      She was one of the pioneer citizens
      of the county. Her husband, a Civil
      War veteran, was a prominent and
      well known farmer here. Prior to his
      death he was the oldest Mason in the
      county.
      Children surviving include Johanson
      Bonner. Mary Bonner. O. H. Bonner
      and W. J. Bonner, all of Kingston;
      Mrs. Curtis, Tishomingo; Mrs. Patsy
      Ross, Enos, Texas, and Mrs. Sab Bon­ner,
      Clayton.
      Pallbearers at the funeral Included
      Frank Chaffin, Frank Massey, Walton
      Landram, WiU WUlU, Dick Hobbs and
      Lewis Ratliff. Burial was In King­
      ston cemetery, with Watts Funeral
      home in charge.
