Arrived in New York, USA on January 21, 1848 on the ship Stadt Antwerpen which departed from Antwerp, Belgium.
According to ?History Of Lehigh County?, published in 1914, Peter ?settled in Mexico and there followed contract work in the silver mines until a revolution broke out, and on account of it, he returned to his native country.
